I have attached a picture of the “large fry” they sent out the window.What a joke! If I wanted a medium or a small I would’ve paid for it.This is a medium or small fry in a large container.Next time please give me what I pay for.I don’t even want to turn around in this weather.Looks like somebody already been eating some wow smh
Horrible customer service!! I don't even eat McDonald's but my son wanted it tonight.I ordered off the app and while processing my payment the app says "Error, this is on McDonald's end please order in store." Well I get a notification I was charged $8.98 from McDonald's.I look back in my history and my order is no where to be found on the app.I drive to the store still, thinking showing my bank account would be okay to get the food but I was totally wrong! The manager Jessica was very rude and treated me like I was lying even though I showed her where i was charged in my bank account.I did contact the franchise owner.I am hoping to get a refund and apology on how the manager acted towards me.She did not show customer service at all and shouldn't be managing if she is rude and not understanding.
Gross and vile.When McDonald’s start serving burgers “extremely rare”? Stay away or end up sick.
