One of the worst experiences on a ship. This was my third cruise and my husband and kids first time. My first time cruising with children. My 2 daughters are age 3 and almost 1. We check into our cabin and there is one bed. We ask for a Pullman bed and they say due to my child’s age she can’t sleep on one. So we go to guest services and the first guy we encounter says he can separate the beds if

Short 3 day cruise for a bachelor's party get away. -Activities included the ice show (good), Fairy tale (good), and a comedian (good). Unless you gamble, not much more to do. The day at Coco Cay was the highlight of the cruise once we were able to get in! The APP only had me as the having the cabana for that day! We were in a cabana so the food and service was excellent, well worth the

The staff is amazing as are the shows and trivia... The bracelets, were also a welcomed treat. The Windjammer staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. All of the elevators need way better ventilation. The main dining is sub par, the air conditioning in the rooms isn't the best either.. What was really horrible, we had to stay an extra day at sea, due to weather issues and no fault of our own.

I read reviews prior to boarding about the food and didn't believe them. Now I do. Food is terrible. I can cook better than this and I'm not a good cook. No crab in crab cake, poor quality fish, eggplant that looked and tasted like cardboard, poor quality steak, blueberry crumble that didn't appear to have blueberries, etc. I've lost my appetite and will lose weight- a cruising first. On the

Overall my family and I had an amazing vacation. The ship itself was beautiful and the service was impeccable the entire time. Our excursions were once in a lifetime experiences. We did the White Pass Railroad in Skagway and words can’t express how jaw dropping the scenery was. Skagway itself was so cool. Small old west type town in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness and the people were just so

Embarkation was very easy and quick, the buffet was descent, pretty warm in restaurant most of the time and pretty much same food every day. The main dinning food was not bad but compared to past cruises lack quality and variety. Public restrooms not always clean and many had maintenance issues. Our rooms were average and outdated. Our AC was not very cold compared to other rooms, after trying to

Too many people on the ship that RCL does not control well. Impacts the warm food, sports activities on the ship and general services. No more big ships for me. Also, No broadway show. If you want pictures ensure you tell them to add them to your platinum account. Otherwise they will not move them to an account where you get a discount. Needed to divert western Caribbean due to

Awareness of requirements for gluten intolerance and Ceoliac passengers almost zero and no real effort made to cater for or even label food adequately. Yes a lettuce leaf and a beef steak are GF but they always have been, no specifically GF dishes provided (vegan dishes were). At one stage the 'sin gluten' sign was displayed over the entirely wrong food section and was only moved when we

This is a horrible experience the entire trip we have been walked on and over by teenagers and everything is so crowded . It is not enjoyable at all, everything is a mad dash to get somewhere and is way too overcrowded. If we knew this we would have never came. Horrible. We had teenagers yelling and screaming at us in a sports bar where they are allowed to sit at the bar, underage. One tried to

Mega Ship with Mega Crowds

This is a Mega ship, and with the shear size and scale of this ship comes extreme crowds. 1. We NEVER attempted the pools… why you might ask? Well, if your idea of relaxing is sitting almost on top of one another, body to body then perhaps the pools may be fine. 2. Be flexible (Mother Nature can be unpredictable), our originally intended destination headed for the Bahamas took a
