Don’t trust what you order here. I ordered merch for gifts, noticed they never came in, checked my junk mail, had messages that they errored in their available stock and would refund my money. Just disappointed that they allowed the order to even go through when they didn’t have the merchandise at all. Btw, I had made 3 different orders in a period of 24 hours as I rethought about my Xmas list, all 3 orders were canceled citing oversight.

First of all they have no phone number to call just a number you can text. No one gives you their name or title so you have no idea who you are speaking to. I asked for my tracking number and they texted a link that stated no tracking info available. I was told my item had not left the warehouse and I placed the order on 8/20/23. Very poor customer service, inconsistent info given by employee via text.

Therefore I contacted them to inquire about my order, to which they replied the order had fallen through the cracks because they are moving, plus one of the items was no longer available in the size that I requested. No sorry, no solution, absolutely nothing. I told them to proceed with shipping on the items that they did have in stock. 10 days following this, I received my order to which I had to pay duties and taxes almost the same value that I had paid for the entire order. Yet I didn't have to pay duties and taxes on my first order. I was disgusted and appalled that I did not even want to wear these items, there I donated them to the salvation army. Bottomline is they are liars and thieves. Do not buy from this website! I had the worst experience ever with their customer service!

Ordered a shirt and the item got lost in transit. After multiple emails back and forth Chubbies support claim that they cannot issue me a refund. They can either send me a replacement item or provide me with store credit which is ridiculous. So I will need to buy anything and go through the trouble of returning it which doesn’t make any sense. Next time I will stick with the big chain stores.

These Chubbies shorts are complete trash. The material is junk the stitching is even worse and the price is WAY TOO HIGH for what they are. You can get the exact same shorts from any big box store for under $20 on any given day. Don’t waste your time or money on these. They also censor all the negative reviews customers put on the website, that’s says EVERYTHING about this company as a whole. They are only out for one thing and that’s to make money, they could care less about the quality of their product or their customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Well what can I say - I heard a lot of great things about Chubbies until I went through the experience! I ordered over $400 worth of merchandise and it never was received. I immediately reached out to customer service and they claimed it was delivered... Well over a week later still nothing has been received and they won't issue me a refund.. They will only give me a credit to the store! Absolutely, terrible customer service on all levels! Will advise you not to order from them at all!

Please don't be fooled like I was. Spend your money with reputable retailers who won't tie up your money like this for no reason and who will actually provide you with a product (or a timely refund, at the very least). I posted this to the Chubbies website prior to this site, but I'm sure it will be removed. Reading the reviews below makes me feel a bit better not to be receiving any product from them.

I bought a pair of 5.5 inseam shworts a year ago and they were really Fantastic. A year later bought the exact same thing. Not the same. Material was not the same. Inside was not fleecy like the first pair. Sizing was way too small (I compared the old and new, off by 2" on the waist). Instead of a really outstanding product it turned out to be something you can buy at Wally's or Target for 1/4 the price. They definitely changed the manufacturing. What WAS great is now crappy. What really ticks me off is that I wrote a very detailed review about this on their website with 2 stars which I verified was posted. Now it does not show up. Since then I wrote another review with one star. Maybe they will delete it, maybe not. I see that other people have also said their negative reviews were deleted too. So I am not the only one.

This company removes any negative reviews from their website. I placed 5 negative reviews, all for products I purchased, and they were removed. They also utilize "bait and switch" tactics with discount codes by first offering discounts and then offering "gifts" based on the volume of your purchase. These 'Gifts" then negate the discount without any clear notification that this is happening. These "gifts" are also worth significantly less than the original discount offered.
