I can confirm and share the same experience as Benedict: for me the PAL version is completely flawless even with LLE! As for the ghosting, this seems more like a broken bloom due to higher IR and AF? It isn't that bad with native IR and no AF. At least in Wolf form when you're in the twilight it is truely intended to be more blurry. As for when you're in the light world there is absolutely no graphical error for me.

Using Dev-build 1859

My MD5: 15e999ec8a071db80e73a58648d9d0cb, but date/revision is the same, I think something in my wbfs is different.

LLE works, except FPS drops below 30 quite often if I use it, so I stick to HLE.

Okay, so we know the PAL version is working. That's great news. But, everyone else is complaining about crashing with the NTSC version. Is there anyone else who can get the NTSC version started up?

performance is very bad with me on that build and dev build 1981 even on efb to texture. though the map is displayed it still dose not emulate properly and showing the world map only displays if set to ram but having it set to ram resorts in horrible audio stutter and fps drops there is all so a thick black vertical line showing next to the mini map. both efb settings show it. using stable builds 4.0 on efb to ram dose not drop my framerate at all..as a side note when i try to use the HD texture pack. this pack is supposed to display a high def mini map texture. but for some resson it would only ever display using Dolphin-3.0-[r7617]_ICC build. every other build i tryd would not display this mini map. using USA version

You're going to need to have EFB to RAM activated. It doesn't work otherwise as EFB to Texture is pretty much a hack that screws the hud up (no, this cannot be fixed).

Also enable the hyrule field patch in the game properties for speed using the latest dev.

using 3.0 r 7617 ICC with the HD texture pack enabling efb to texture displays the HD hud.

Pretty sure it's just forcing EFB to RAM through the game configuration (They did exist back then, right o.O)
